Vandenberg Space Force Base is seeking to purchase THOR HD SDI Video Transport - 8 Channel equipment through a request for quote. This opportunity is set aside exclusively for small businesses with 1,250 or fewer employees in the broadcasting and wireless communications equipment manufacturing industry, and quotes are due by September 17, 2026.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) 2 ROPS requires the purchase of THOR HD SDI Video Transport - 8 Channel. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the associated. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing the size standard is 1,250 Employees. Delivery of purchase will be rendered within 60 days after award of contract.
Please note that telephone calls and faxed responses will not be accepted. Please also note that all potential offerors Interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
Terms of the solicitation and specifications unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
Offerors are required to utilize the attached Attachment 3 Request For Quote Price List to submit their price quote following the instructions for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements.
All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with RFO 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory. Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
This RFQ is to be issued from 14 September 2026 through 17 September 2026 08:00 A.M., PDT.
